I checked with Mark. The butt sections on the float and the multi tip rod are different and not interchangeable. Not sure if that’s what you meant or not Martin, but I asked anyway! Jon

Be interesting to hear how they stack up strength wise, with the thinner gage. With maggots/ small pellets and barbel in mind.

Reasonable bag, just a bit big for barbel fishing imo.

I can use the 32 for tench and chub fishing too.
