Don't use the swivel on a black cap. Thread your mainline through the cap, body and out of the bottom of the feeder, thread on a bead and tie a swivel. Use it inline, no tangles ever.
Yep. Had a double on first outing with it. Obviously the shorter length takes some finesse out of casting ability (lobbing is the order of the day), and looks a bit strange with the 'missing' 4ft, but can't fault the playing action. Also have the heavier 10ft, probably the better option.
Never seen a 3d print pattern for c815 (have looked). Thought about modelling one but found backing with strips of self adhesive craft cork works fine. I just cuts 7/8" wide strips. Put the first two back to back sellotape around the line lays and then continue to build up with single 7/8"...
