Hi all,
Does anyone have any knowledge of the Derwent near Belper? I've never fished it but planning to have a go for Grayling - just wondering if I should go nearer to Ambergate or Milford..?
TIA, Declan
Probably not much help, but my nomad ‘died’ years ago (15?) and I bought a Chub chair which had a frame exactly the same and transferred the seat and strap - I’m still using it!
RW Rolling Pin for sale in black (MK2).. Had it a while but hardly used £180 plus postage.. Doing this on my mobile so will try and attach pictures!
Cheers, Declan

A few years ago I considered an L200 until I looked at a couple and realised a 12 rod wouldn't fit in the back, corner to corner. Went for a MK3 Ford Ranger which was ideal. Comfy, big car interior with leather etc. And a big back, 6ft corner to corner.. Never regretted it..
Caught an Ouse Barbel hooked through the eye of the swivel it was dragging around! Also lost a Trent Barbel in the rocks, only to land it a few hours later and recover my hooklength!
"The best one so far was after 2 guys packed up leaving their rods, yes 4 rods still in the river, was to ask me to look after them while they took the rest of their tackle half a mile back to the car."
Thanks for that Jon - saved us having to wind in :-)
