It will make no difference in terms of how many rods people use as that is determined by the clubs/owners, which is up to 4 rods, just because there is a change in license rules doesn't change club rules

Mine is my car, without it my Barbel fishing would be pretty non existent, plus it's a good place to dry my gear when wet as I'm not allowed "smelly fishing stuff" in the flat, I argue that it's not smelly as I don't catch anything :-)
