We have an excellent barbel day ticket
venue available just 50 yards from the
accommodation and another just 10
minutes drive away (advanced booking
required for this one).

The Biblings at Symonds Yat is just a
short 10 min drive away and there is lake
fishing available just 5 min drive away
(advanced booking is also required here
as well).

Kerne Cottage is situated at Kerne Bridge
four miles south of Ross-on-Wye, famous
for its local Barbel. The river is 100yds away,
with private fishing a quarter of a mile away.
Day tickets are available from the local shop
at Bishopswood. Other Barbel fishing
areas close by are, The Biblins,
Symonds Yat, and the market town of
Ross-on Wye.

Close by Lake fishing is also available,
at Drummonds Dub, and Hartelton which
offers Bream, Carp, Roach, Perch,
Tench, & Rudd.

The cottage has a secure stone shed
available for the storage of equipment.
The Inn on The Wye is 150 yds away
offering excellent food and beer at
sensible prices.

Kerne Cottage comprises of two bedrooms
sleeping 4 people in either two double
beds, or one double bed and 2 singles.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable
lounge with log burner. The bathroom has
an electric shower. There is also a utility
room with washing machine and tumble
dryer. Private parking for two cars.
