How to order?   TELEPHONE - 01249 782126 When placing an order by telephone, please have the following information ready: List of items you wish to purchase Name Home address Daytime delivery address (if different from home address) Contact number & email address Credit or debit card details (card number, valid from & expiry date, issue number for switch cards and the last 3 digits on the signature strip on the reverse of card).   FAX - 01249 782126 Please provide all of the information required as above.   POST/MAIL ORDER Please provide all of the information listed (above) together with a cheque or postal order made payable to Barbel Fishing World and send to: Barbel Fishing World. PO Box 2878, Chippenham, SN14 7WX. Please note that you will need to add postage and packaging costs to the value of the cheque. When your basket is complete and you are ready to visit the 'check out', please follow the step by step instructions carefully and complete all nessessary fields in order for the transaction to complete. Providing you have given a contact number, Claire will call you to take your card details by telephone. If you wish to pay by cheque, please ensure to add the relevant postage charge on to the order value. Please make all cheques payable to Barbel Fishing World.

BFW Postage & Packaging Charges Postage and packaging charges will automatically be added to your basket if you choose to order on-line. If you choose to order via telephone or email, postage and packaging charges will need to be added to the value of your order. All items ordered from the BFW shop by 1.00pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day by either Royal Mail or Initial Citylink. Orders received on Friday will be delivered on Saturday unless the order would require couriered delivery in which case you will receive the following Monday i.e. heavy weight orders such as kg's of bait. For orders over 500g, please note that someone will need to sign the courier's delivery note to confirm receipt of your order. You will therefore need to supply a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure that somebody can sign for your order, particularly if your order contains frozen bait. BFW accept no responsibility for a delayed delivery as a result of inappropriate delivery details supplied. There may be occasions when next day delivery may not be possible.   Charges Up to 500g £2.75 500g up to 1kg £4.75 1kg up to 5kg £6.00 5kg up to 10kg £8.00 10kg up to 19.9kg £9.00 20kg + £10.00 (All Postage and Packaging charges are subject to change.) We are happy to cancel, exchange unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to BFW in the original condition and have not been used or altered in any way. Under these circumstances the postal charges will not be refunded. All items listed in the BFW shop are subject to availability, from our suppliers.
