Pure rivers are worth fighting for

The Anglers' Conservation Association - incorporating the Pure River Society - plays a unique role in the fight against pollution. It is the one body which takes polluters - industry, farming, even the water authorities themselves - to court and uses the damages it wins to restore polluted water to health.

The work of the ACA is conservation at it's mostpractical and effective, it benifits not only anglers but everyone who loves the countryside.
