Default Wareham roach

Thinking of fishing the free stretch of the frome next week at wareham, has anyone got any tips on what approach to use to target the roach? Cheers guys

Hi Steven,

It's been over 15 years since I last fished Wareham, but back then it was a classic stick float venue and both maggots and bread worked well. It used to hold some terrific dace back then not sure if are still there these days.

Do check the tides, like a lot of tidal venues high tide used to be the best time for the bigger roach.
