I had an unfortunate occurrence the other night with my Chris Brown 32" Barbel Rover landing net - details are not important
I emailed Chris (email address on his site) and explained what had happened.
Today out of the blue he telephoned me, and said he also was gutted that this had happened and he'd never heard of it before. He then said he'd send me a new one free of charge. I said that was not why I'd emailed him (like a scrounger) but he was adamant, a new net would be with my by the end of the week with his compliments.
Credit where credit is due, that's what I call customer service over and above
He makes some lovely stuff, expensive but looks good
