New River Dove record

A big well done to Teme-severn's consultant Simon Asbury on the capture of a new Dove fish to take the record at 17lb 10 oz also confirmed and weighed by the previous record holder Jim Ufton.
Congratulations Simon for all your hard work, what a great phone call to get!

I was speaking to Simon not more than three hours before he caught the fish and in view of what we spoke about I think I'll buy some lottery tickets this week!
