Question re Harrison 14'GTI spliced tip

Bit of an odd question , but one one of these was sold on here a little while back. I just wanted to get an opinion from either buyer or seller as to what it is like in use? I'm looking at a 14' spliced tip rod for use down here on the Thames. I bought a second hand, 13' Dave Harrell version and it is great for light lines and trotting through and just wanted another, slightly longer version. The Gti blank is difficult to get hold of but I have the chance of one and having it made to my specifications; If i don't go ahead with this it will be a case of watching for a good spliced tip rod on eBay 9good ones are few and far between) or looking at the Browning Sphere 13' 6". Many thanks, RoyD
