Stolen Tackle

The insurance for something liked this will run into the 000's a year and it is likely that any settlement will be in cash as new for old ain't going to cut it...but this is irrelevant compared to the emotional impact on the poor guy. When my first lot of gear was stolen they took a cane and solid glass rod that my old man built and i learned to fish with and had not been used for 30 years - not worth tuppence but it took a long time for my anger to die down and get over it; I cannot imagine how the guy is feeling.
